Scott Mckenzie I picked up my new Sprinter 4x4 last week and I couldn't be happier with my purchase and my experience at this dealer. This was the best vehicle buying experience that I have ever had. My salesman Patrick was excellent. I ordered my van and he kept me informed throughout the process. There were no surprises and no hard-up sell. The price was extremely fair given today's market. Other dealers were charging $5,000 to $10,000 over MSRP for the same vehicle. Again, this was a 5-star experience and Patrick made it happen. (Source: Google) 

Jose Rivera Phenomenal place. I went to get windshield wipers, and the gentleman was awesome! He explained to me what to look for when the wipers are getting low. I went to service to ask for quotes and the woman that helped me was very helpful. She was polite, straightforward and, clear on what my model needed at what time. John S I am tardy in submitting this but I wanted to take a moment to review the great sales experience we had back in January 2022 with the purchase of our AMG GLC-43 Coupe. Nickolas and the entire sales team were outstanding and made the buying process painless. Melissa Chubbuck Finally decided this year to buy my dream car instead of the usual cheaper purchase and running the vehicle into the ground. I decided on a 2019 GLA 250 and got a great deal on it at 35 for 15k miles. This is the best and by far favorite car I have ever driven and I actually love driving again, especially when I have to pull a "Mercedes maneuver" and put it in sport, when I drive in MA especially. From my first contact there, Christina, the engagement specialist, to my salesman, Pete who is always helpful when I come and even greeted me in the parking lot when I pulled in last week, to both service advisors I have worked with since becoming "family" to the parts department who I dealt with for the first time last week (loved that visit.......those guys are beyond humble and real), to Gene in sales who has been there for decades, I am so happy I decided to own my dream instead of chasing it through MB of NL (will always call it Carriage House though) I really feel like family there and always respected even though I am middle class and look it lol. If you want to treat yourself truly and fall in love with driving all over again, definitely buy a Mercedes and buy it here. While looking to purchase, I went to three MB dealers in the state and decided to buy my car here, based on how I was treated alone. When my car broke down in MA, it was towed quickly to MB of Westwood and I still felt like family when I dealt with their service dept. Jane Yoo I usually don't write reviews, but I wanted to take my time to write my out of state vehicle purchase experience at Mercedes-Benz of New London. We have been trying to locate a Metris Getaway camper van, which are nonexistent in California, and we were so excited to find one in Connecticut! When other dealerships tried to avoid a somewhat complicated process, Patrick went above and beyond to make it happen. From financing to delivery, Patrick was genuine, prompt, and professional. George Hall I should start by saying we were not an easy transaction since we were coming from out of state. A lot of dealers seemed disinterested in working with us, since we were out of state and couldn't see the vehicle in person. Patrick was more than willing to show/give us any information we needed to buy a vehicle without seeing it. In addition, we waffled back and forth on price and shipping/pickup, but Patrick was great the entire way and was supportive of whatever was best for us. He was very patient with us the entire process and kept in constant communication about what was going on with the process (not the annoying kind of communication from a lot of car salesmen).
